The Executive Chef role based in Sarasota, Florida, offers a full-time, onsite opportunity with an exciting cultural center. - At least three years of progressive culinary experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
- Experience with budget statements
- Availability to travel locally 50-75 percent of the time

Job Duties
- Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation
- Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met
- Participating in the planning and execution of special events
- Managing the back-of-house operations smoothly and efficiently
- Monitoring and maintaining budget statements and controlling food costs
- Leading, training, and motivating kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
