Job Requirements
- Relevant culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory kitchen role preferably in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Past experience working as a cook or in a similar culinary position
- Firm grasp of the fundamentals of cooking techniques and principles of food preparation
- Having a grasp of food safety standards and hygiene protocols is essential
- Acquire the pertinent food safety certification, if it has not been obtained as yet
- Core competencies in arithmetic and numerical counting
- Apt in effectively communicating and collaborating within a team
- Having a high school diploma or an equivalent certification is suggested but not mandatory
Job Duties

- Clean and sterilize kitchen compartments, tools, and utensils to uphold sanitation standards
- Give superior customer assistance and uphold a positive demeanor
- Maintain strict compliance with Aramark's safety and sanitation regulations
