Oakmont Management Group, headquartered in Irvine, California, is a prestigious leader in the senior living industry, managing a diverse portfolio of communities under the Oakmont Senior Living and Ivy Living brands. With a strong presence in California, Nevada, and Hawaii, Oakmont serves thousands of seniors by fostering an environment that values family, community, and meaningful relationships. The organization prides itself on its commitment to excellence, incorporating joy and laughter into daily life while maintaining rigorous standards of care and service. Each team member is carefully selected for their skills, experience, and dedication to serving elderly populations, ensuring residents and their families experience a supportive and vibrant community atmosphere.

Oakmont Management Group is currently seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead their full scratch kitchen. This role is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $72,000 annually and includes a work schedule with Sundays and Mondays off. The Executive Chef will play a critical role in upholding Oakmont's reputation for culinary excellence by creating and executing exceptional, fresh, and seasonal menus that resonate with the community’s diverse tastes and dietary needs. With access to state-of-the-art kitchens and top-tier culinary tools, the Executive Chef will bring innovation and creativity to the culinary program, driving the brand’s success through quality and consistency.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on setting industry standards rather than following them and is passionate about pushing culinary boundaries in a dynamic, evolving environment. Oakmont seeks an ambitious leader who is results-driven, collaborative, and adept at leveraging next-generation technology for kitchen solutions. This role requires managing food, labor, and product costs while ensuring flawless dish execution and exceptional guest experiences. Additionally, the Executive Chef will foster strong relationships with staff, residents, and guests, creating a flexible and modern work environment where innovation and hospitality excellence flourish. The position requires ServeSafe certification and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth. The successful candidate will be rewarded not only with competitive compensation but also a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, bonus opportunities, and employee assistance programs, supporting a well-rounded and fulfilling career at Oakmont Management Group.
