The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading all back-of-house activities, including food preparation, line execution, training and mentoring kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. An ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills in a high-volume kitchen environment and demonstrate a passion for building a cohesive and professional kitchen culture.
This position requires managing food ordering, inventory control, and cost management to meet profitability goals while ensuring minimal waste. The Executive Chef will collaborate closely with ownership and management teams to execute menus, introduce specials, and implement seasonal updates designed to keep the dining experience fresh and exciting. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and enforce kitchen systems, recipes, and plating standards that reflect the restaurant's unique culinary identity.

- proven experience in executive chef or kitchen management role
- strong leadership skills

- reliability professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset
- bilingual english spanish is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Lead all back-of-house culinary operations including prep line execution and service standards
