The position we are seeking to fill is for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting and excels in scratch cooking. Key responsibilities include partnering with the General Manager and Director of Culinary to execute and steer the culinary vision that aligns with the brand DNA of Whiskey Cake. The chef will own the food menu, manage food costs, and lead the team responsible for execution. Additionally, the chef will handle regulatory compliance related to menu rollouts and product quality, ensuring all dishes meet the high standards expected by the establishment.

Continual professional development is encouraged, with an emphasis on researching new food techniques and staying ahead of culinary trends. A significant portion of the role focuses on training and nurturing the next generation of chefs, building a strong foundation for Whiskey Cake's culinary future. The chef will also influence kitchen operations across individual restaurants through hands-on training, collaboration, and holding the culinary team accountable for achieving results.
