The Executive Chef will oversee the back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring that all food production processes maintain the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and sanitation.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising every aspect of food preparation—from purchasing and food specifications to meal execution and service—while developing standardized recipes and production tools to consistently meet quality and budget goals. You will also play a vital role in planning and executing special dining events, contributing your culinary expertise to enhance these occasions. The ideal Executive Chef will have a minimum of three years of progressive culinary experience, be proficient in Microsoft software, and possess knowledge of budget statement management. While an Associate's degree in culinary arts is preferred, practical experience and a passion for fostering a collaborative kitchen environment are paramount.

Constellation offers a competitive compensation package with a salary of up to $100,000 plus bonuses, reflecting the candidate's skills and expertise. In addition to salary, we provide an attractive range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, voluntary insurance offerings through UNUM for accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage, as well as commuter benefits to ease parking and transit costs. Employees enjoy access to discount programs, an employee assistance program (EAP), 401k retirement plans, paid sick time, and holiday pay for nine paid holidays each year. Furthermore, full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement and paid time off, reinforcing our commitment to work-life balance and professional growth.

Join Constellation Culinary Group as an Executive Chef and become part of a team dedicated to culinary excellence, innovation, and hospitality.
