The role currently available is that of an Executive Chef at various confidential establishments ranging from casual to upscale and fine dining restaurants. This position offers an annual compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, combined with competitive bonuses and a comprehensive benefits program. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and innovations within the restaurant industry is vital in maintaining competitive advantage and guest satisfaction. The Executive Chef is charged with maintaining impeccable kitchen and surrounding area standards that comply with company policies and health regulations, guaranteeing a safe and efficient work environment. Inventory control and purchasing are critical duties, requiring the Executive Chef to manage resources prudently by sourcing supplies and food from approved vendors. Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in a similar executive chef or senior chef role
- culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- thorough knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
- proficiency in menu development and cost control
- capability to stay current with culinary trends and industry best practices
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- proven experience as an executive chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
- strong culinary skills and creativity in menu development
- excellent leadership and team management abilities
