The Executive Chef role at The Back Porch is a full-time, on-site position that plays a crucial part in maintaining the establishment's reputation for excellence. This role is centered around leadership, creativity, and operational expertise within the kitchen environment. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen functions including but not limited to menu planning, food preparation, inventory oversight, and the supervision of kitchen staff. Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation
  • Experience managing kitchen teams and operations
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Royse City TX
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Creativity and innovation in menu development

Job Qualifications

  • Proven culinary skills in menu creation food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Experience in kitchen management including team leadership delegation and training
