Job Requirements

bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership culinary role
strong knowledge of food safety standards
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
excellent organizational skills
strong interpersonal skills
ability to lead a diverse team

Job Qualifications

proven experience as an executive chef or similar role
strong financial management skills
experience in training and team development
knowledge of senior nutrition and dietary requirements
excellent leadership and communication skills
