- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments and restaurant management
- proven supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams with effective leadership skills
- in-depth knowledge of food production processes menu planning and food service management techniques
- experience in banquet operations catering services and large-scale food handling is highly desirable
- familiarity with inventory management systems inventory control practices and cost optimization strategies
- strong understanding of food safety standards sanitation protocols and dietary department requirements
- ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting
