Job Requirements

  • Four plus years culinary management experience
  • seven plus years foodservice experience in high-volume environments
  • experience overseeing multi-unit F&B operations or casino/hotel culinary programs
  • strong leadership and team development abilities
  • proven food and labor cost control and P&L participation skills
  • proficiency with kitchen systems, inventories, and POS
  • ability to train, motivate, and manage large teams
  • eligibility for required local gaming licenses or certifications

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of culinary management experience
  • 7+ years of foodservice experience in high-volume environments
  • Experience overseeing multi-unit F&B operations or casino/hotel culinary programs
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development abilities
  • Proven skill in food/labor cost control and P&L participation
  • Proficiency with kitchen systems, inventories, and POS
  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage large teams
