The Executive Chef will design and execute elevated, customized menus tailored to weddings, corporate galas, private celebrations, and luxury social events. This leader will also conduct tastings and menu presentations with confidence and sophistication, incorporating seasonal, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients to create trend-forward offerings. In addition to culinary creativity, the Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for off-premise events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale galas with over 1,000 guests. This includes ensuring impeccable food quality, presentation, timing, and consistency across diverse venue environments. The Executive Chef will develop scalable systems and processes to deliver restaurant-quality cuisine in non-traditional settings and work closely with operations and event teams to guarantee seamless logistics and kitchen flow at remote sites.
Leadership and team development are critical aspects of the role. The Executive Chef will recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing culinary team, providing hands-on leadership at key events. Establishing training programs focused on technique, consistency, sanitation, and luxury service standards will foster a culture rooted in professionalism, creativity, accountability, and pride.
From a financial perspective, the Executive Chef will maintain full P&L responsibility for the culinary division, develop pricing models, and implement food cost strategies aligned with profitability targets. Managing procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations efficiently will be vital for optimizing resources. The Executive Chef will also control food costs, labor costs, and waste management without compromising quality, employing forecasting tools to manage seasonality and event volume effectively.
Compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across both commissary and off-site locations is mandated. The Executive Chef will maintain all required certifications and ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in high-end catering or luxury culinary management
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale events
- Proven financial management skills including P&L responsibility
