The Executive Chef role at Olympia Fields Country Club is a prominent leadership position responsible for overseeing all culinary operations across multiple kitchens and seasonal outlets. These include the a la carte dining areas, banquet facilities, poolside venues, and on-course food service locations. The Executive Chef works closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to manage culinary leadership and staff, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, budget adherence, inventory control, labor management, and operational production systems.
