- Prior experience in private club or luxury resort culinary operations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- in-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to manage budgets and control costs
- availability to participate in club events and meetings

- Prior private club or luxury multi-unit resort/hotel operations experience
- demonstrated leadership in culinary program development
- strong culinary fundamentals and knowledge of current trends
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- financial management experience including budgeting and labor cost control
- ability to engage with members and participate in club events
- flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Develop menus and food purchase specifications
- supervise and mentor kitchen staff
- oversee all food production including a la carte and banquet services
- manage food and labor costs
- maintain high food quality and sanitation standards
- engage with members and guests to ensure satisfaction
- participate in club events and leadership meetings
