- Five years of hospitality or related experience required

Job Duties
- Direct kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and cleanup
- Assign tasks supervise chefs and cooks in food preparation and presentation
- Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure efficient and effective task completion
- Resolve issues promptly to ensure timely order delivery
- Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations
- Plan menus and set prices adjusting for ingredient availability
- Inspect raw and cooked food to guarantee quality
- Collaborate with general manager and owner on operation goals
- Manage monthly inventory
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Recruit hire and train kitchen staff
- Maintain kitchen equipment and schedule repairs
