The Executive Chef role at the Stella Hotel is a pivotal position within the Food & Beverage (F&B) leadership team. As the culinary visionary, the Executive Chef is tasked with driving culinary excellence and innovation, ensuring that every guest dining experience is memorable and aligns with the hotel’s high standards. Overseeing the daily kitchen operations, the Executive Chef works closely with Sous Chefs to manage cost control, inventory, and cleanliness, maintaining an efficient and well-run kitchen. This role demands a hands-on leader who is responsible for training and developing a team of 10-12 line-level culinary associates, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and skill enhancement.

Additionally, the Executive Chef collaborates with the Noble House Corporate F&B team on menu development, contributing to a dynamic and evolving culinary program. The position encourages creativity in crafting specials, seasonal menus, and unique events such as buy-outs and Chef Tables, offering an outlet for the Executive Chef’s artistic expression and culinary expertise. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary degree or certification preferred
  • minimum 5 years of experience in professional kitchen management
  • strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to handle kitchen demands
  • positive and flexible mindset with high integrity

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
  • strong culinary background with creative menu planning skills
  • excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of cost control and inventory management
  • ability to train and mentor kitchen staff
