We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Executive Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. The compensation for this role ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, reflecting the importance of the position within our organization and the demand for top-tier culinary leadership. The Executive Chef will be a pivotal figure in overseeing culinary operations, including menu creation, food production, kitchen management, and quality assurance across multiple properties. The Executive Chef at CHH will lead an experienced culinary team, ensuring all food offerings meet the highest standards of taste, safety, and presentation. Familiarity with modern culinary technologies, including Rational ovens, and proficiency with POS systems such as Toast, will be advantageous. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are considered a plus and will aid in effective team communication and customer service.
