Job Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience as an executive chef or executive sous chef
  • Experience managing multi-outlet kitchens and large banquet operations
  • Strong culinary skills and passion for food quality
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Strong operational knowledge including food cost and labor management
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership as an executive chef or executive sous chef in a large resort hotel or high-volume restaurant environment
  • Experience managing multi-outlet kitchens and large banquet operations
  • Ability to inspire teams mentor future chefs and build a culture where people want to stay and grow
  • Passion for ingredients technique and taking a culinary program to the next level
  • Strong operational discipline in food cost labor management and kitchen organization
