Job Requirements
- Proven leadership experience as an executive chef or executive sous chef
- Experience managing multi-outlet kitchens and large banquet operations
- Strong culinary skills and passion for food quality
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Strong operational knowledge including food cost and labor management
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership as an executive chef or executive sous chef in a large resort hotel or high-volume restaurant environment
- Experience managing multi-outlet kitchens and large banquet operations
- Ability to inspire teams mentor future chefs and build a culture where people want to stay and grow
- Passion for ingredients technique and taking a culinary program to the next level
- Strong operational discipline in food cost labor management and kitchen organization
- Ability to stay calm focused and a little cheeky under pressure
