Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef in a full service restaurant
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop culinary teams
  • Deep knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine and scratch kitchen operations
  • Strong organizational skills including inventory management and cost control
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations including food preparation and presentation
  • Oversee and train kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency
  • Develop and innovate menu items in alignment with authentic Italian cuisine
  • Enforce strict sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals including controlling labor and food costs
  • Maintain a positive and motivating work environment fostering teamwork and excellence
