Job Requirements

- Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef or senior culinary leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and culinary techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional creativity and palate for menu development
- Familiarity with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations and kitchen staff
- Develop and design innovative menus aligned with Ridgewells’ quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen budget
- Train, mentor, and supervise culinary team members
- Collaborate with event planners and management to customize menus for various events
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
