Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume catering or hospitality environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to create innovative and diverse menus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive chef or senior culinary leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and culinary techniques
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional creativity and palate for menu development
  • Familiarity with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee all culinary operations and kitchen staff
  • Develop and design innovative menus aligned with Ridgewells’ quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen budget
  • Train, mentor, and supervise culinary team members
  • Collaborate with event planners and management to customize menus for various events
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
