Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • high volume production and catering experience
  • experience managing cost controls
  • willingness to travel up to 75 percent
  • ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • oversees kitchen operations and maintains a safe and sanitary work environment
  • supports and/or manages Flik accounts primarily on the West Coast region
  • travels up to 75 percent for support of non-local locations
