Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior sous chef experience required
Ability to work 50 hours per week
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Professional maturity and hospitality skills
Capability to maintain high standards of sanitation and presentation
Enthusiasm and positive attitude
