Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary certification preferred
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience
- Proven experience in inventory and purchasing control
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex food service operations
- Passion for sustainability and innovation
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, cost control, and presentation
- Experience with exposition cooking
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed services
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Develop menus with a focus on local food products and sustainability
- Control costs, purchasing, and inventory effectively
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP
- Lead and inspire culinary and food service teams
- Maintain high standards of quality, sanitation, and food presentation
- Oversee P&L accountability and contract-managed service operations
