Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary certification preferred
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Proven experience in inventory and purchasing control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex food service operations
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, cost control, and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed services
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus with a focus on local food products and sustainability
  • Control costs, purchasing, and inventory effectively
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP
  • Lead and inspire culinary and food service teams
  • Maintain high standards of quality, sanitation, and food presentation
  • Oversee P&L accountability and contract-managed service operations
