Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary education preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in culinary management
  • Experience with menu rollouts and kitchen system implementations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including potential for a 4-day workweek

  • Proven leadership, motivation, and team development skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively
  • Strong understanding of restaurant systems
  • High level of personal motivation and ambition
  • Detail-oriented with entrepreneurial sensibility and high energy
  • Residence within reasonable driving distance to a current restaurant location

Job Duties

  • Partnering with the General Manager and Director of Culinary to execute and drive the culinary direction through a deep understanding of the brand DNA of Sixty Vines
  • Ownership of the food menu including food cost and team execution
  • Deployment of new menu items and menu rollouts with regulatory and compliance requisites
  • Ensuring product quality and execution of new menu items
  • Continuing education and research in food techniques to remain sharp and proactive
  • Developing the foundation of the culinary future through training and development of new chefs
  • Influencing individual restaurants through hands-on training and collaboration and holding the team accountable
  • Providing leadership in culinary safety, sanitation, and product education
