Job Duties

  • lead and manage the culinary team overseeing all food preparation and kitchen operations
  • develop and design innovative menus that cater to resident preferences and nutritional needs
  • ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards including maintaining valid Food Handlers certification
  • collaborate with management to align culinary services with community standards and resident satisfaction goals
  • monitor and control food costs and inventory to maintain budgetary targets
  • train, mentor, and inspire culinary staff fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • oversee catering services and special events providing exceptional dining experiences
