Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or hospitality
- minimum 5 years of experience in a similar executive chef role
- demonstrated ability to manage kitchen teams effectively
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- proficiency in food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Train food preparation employees
- instill safety and sanitation habits in all employees
- teach employees the importance of consistency in preparation and presentation
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- ensure quality, portion control, and plate presentation standards are adhered to consistently
- coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
- manage kitchen operations and menu planning
