Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of inventory and purchasing control techniques
  • Understanding of food cost and menu development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain food safety standards
  • Passion for sustainability
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining or restaurant setting
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus with focus on cost control and sourcing local products
  • Oversee food production ensuring quality, sanitation, and presentation
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff performance and training
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards including HACCP
  • Monitor and manage P&L accountability
  • Implement sustainable foodservice practices
