Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of kitchen management or executive chef experience
  • Current ServSafe certification
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality or restaurant venues
  • Ability to manage and develop teams
  • Willingness to comply with Department of Health regulations
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time
  • Ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of kitchen management or executive chef experience
  • Bachelor's or culinary degree preferred
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
  • Extensive banquet event experience
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Current ServSafe certification
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company's mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, cost of sales, labor, supplies, and operate cash flow relating to food operations
  • Review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
  • Plan, supervise, and execute food and beverage service for all events including cleanup
  • Assist with cooking when needed
  • Estimate food consumption and make purchases as appropriate
  • Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume shifts
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
  • Develop key staff including sous chefs and lead cooks
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • Supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of food
  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation audits
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations
  • Report critical issues to General Manager
