Job Requirements

  • Minimum five to seven years progressive culinary experience
  • At least two years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury dining setting
  • Degree or certification in Culinary Arts preferred
  • Current ServSafe Certification or equivalent
  • Demonstrated culinary expertise in Mediterranean and Pacific Rim cuisines
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations and financial targets effectively

  • At least two years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end or luxury dining environment
  • Expertise in Mediterranean and Pacific Rim cuisines
  • Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and sustainable culinary practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial management and kitchen operations
  • Current ServSafe Certification or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and manage staff
  • Drive culinary direction and menu development focusing on local and seasonal ingredients
  • Maintain highest standards of food quality, consistency, and creativity
  • Manage inventory control, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations including HACCP standards
  • Recruit, train, and mentor culinary staff fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Collaborate with food and beverage leadership to create unique dining experiences and special events
