Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience at executive chef level in a golf club, resort, hotel, or restaurant
  • Degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • Food and safety certifications
  • Knowledge of special diets preferred
  • Proficient with pos (Micros preferred), Microsoft Office products, and social media
  • Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

  • Create edgy and innovative new menu items based on current food trends and club events
  • Manage financial cost controls and culinary operations
  • Build magic moments and maintain positive member and guest experiences
