Job Requirements
- Hold a 2 or 4-year formal culinary degree from an accredited culinary school
- Minimum 10 years culinary leadership experience
- At least 6 years in managerial role at high-quality catering operation
- Experience in high volume catering with large events
- Experience in a la carte restaurant operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to instill safety and sanitation habits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead and achieve goals while maintaining high standards
- Capability to inspire and motivate culinary team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-quality environment
Job Qualifications

- High volume catering experience with large events

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Supervise, coordinate, and participate in activities of the culinary team to ensure flawless execution
- Recognized as the technical expert, teacher, and trainer, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Coordinate food purchasing, establish food cost controls, and implement effective solutions
- Ensure quality, consistency, and creativity are upheld at the highest level while improving the potential of our personnel and resources
- Drive innovation and showcase creative culinary talent to exceed guest expectations
