Job Requirements
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- current ServSafe certification
- ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- capability to manage food and labor costs
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for prolonged periods, and lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- bachelor&apos
- s or culinary degree preferred
- experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues required
- experience preparing banquet-style events
- current ServSafe certification required
- ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred
Job Duties
- Adhere to the company&apos
- s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- work with the operations team and sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute all events including preparation, service, and cleanup of food and beverages
- estimate food consumption and make purchases according to specified food programs
- schedule staff efficiently to match business volume
- recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
- ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- oversee preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of food
- manage kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules in compliance with local Department of Health regulations
