Job Requirements
- Ability to learn, grow, and evolve professionally
- Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
- Experience crafting seasonal and guest-focused menus
- Ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
- Ability to lead a kitchen team to execute dishes timely and flawlessly
- Ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
- Passion for service and exceptional food experiences
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must pass health screening including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with vaccination and COVID-19 safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading a full scratch kitchen in an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef role
- Expertise in crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
