  • Minimum ten years experience in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environments
  • Knowledge of the food industry and trends
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple dining venues and food production staff
  • Create and develop new recipes and menus

  • Plan and manage staff schedules within budget constraints
  • Enforce company policies and food safety standards
  • Coordinate recruitment and retention of culinary staff
  • Conduct regular production meetings to enhance employee engagement
