- Degree in culinary arts preferred
- Minimum ten years experience in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environments
- Knowledge of the food industry and trends
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Oversee multiple dining venues and food production staff
- Create and develop new recipes and menus
- Ensure food quality and compliance with safety regulations
- Manage ordering and inventory of food and non-food items
- Plan and manage staff schedules within budget constraints
- Enforce company policies and food safety standards
- Coordinate recruitment and retention of culinary staff
- Conduct regular production meetings to enhance employee engagement
