Job Requirements

Associate's degree
Experience in food production management
Ability to supervise staff
Knowledge of food safety standards
Experience in budget development and monitoring
Ability to develop menus and recipes
Successful completion of pre-employment physical, physical abilities test, drug screen, and DOJ criminal background check

Job Duties

Oversee all food production for residents' dining rooms, banquet functions, and other outlets
Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes
Supervise and lead kitchen staff
Develop and monitor food and labor budgets for the department
Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards
Plan and accomplish departmental goals using experience and judgment
Ensure an excellent dining experience for all levels of care
