Job Requirements
- Minimum culinary degree or equivalent experience
- prior experience leading a kitchen in a hotel environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- strong organizational skills
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing and walking for long hours
- excellent customer service orientation
- familiarity with labor management tools

Job Duties

- prepare and monitor production schedules
- manage staffing levels and productivity
- maintain food quality and presentation standards
- participate in hotel operational meetings
- respond to food-related feedback and manage corrective actions
