Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn, grow, and evolve in a dynamic culinary environment
  • Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef
  • Experience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
  • Ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
  • Ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residents
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and tuberculosis tests
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including COVID-19 vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required by regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef
  • Strong knowledge of seasonal menu development and guest-focused culinary trends
  • Experience in managing food, labor, and product costs
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to execute dishes flawlessly within time constraints
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance
  • Ability to build positive relationships with staff, guests, and residents

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Develop seasonally curated and guest-focused menus
  • Manage and control food, labor, and product costs effectively
  • Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff to maintain high performance
  • Ensure kitchen compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with management and staff to create a positive, flexible work environment
  • Utilize next-generation kitchen technology to enhance operations and efficiency
