Job Requirements
- Experience in managing high-volume, upscale kitchens for 6 or more years
- Executive Chef experience for at least 2 years
- Culinary expertise in Japanese or Asian cuisine
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Business skills in food cost and labor management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 years managing high-volume, upscale kitchens
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Chef
- Strong background in Japanese or Asian cuisine
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and develop a team
- Skilled in managing food costs, labor, and restaurant financials
Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen team in creating exceptional, ingredient-driven dishes
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
- Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate leaders to achieve financial and operational goals
- Be a hands-on leader, working alongside the team during prep and service
