Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work 50 to 55 hours per week
- Experience managing high-volume restaurant kitchens
- Strong servant leadership approach
- Entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on cooking passion
- Familiarity with sourcing fresh, local products
- Accountability in finances, labor, and quality control
Job Qualifications
- Executive chef with 5+ years of experience
- Background in steakhouse cuisine and a-la-carte dining
- Passionate about food and community engagement
- Proven leadership skills in high-volume, upscale environments
- Strong communication and team development abilities
- Knowledge of inventory and quality control processes
- Experience working with scratch kitchens and local farmers
Job Duties
- Create experiences by championing internal hospitality and leading a team to craft memorable dishes
- Inspire your team by nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- Jump on the line as a hands-on leader working closely with kitchen staff
- Oversee the business by collaborating with the GM and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- Ensure quality control and inventory management
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to achieve financial goals
