Job Requirements
- Minimum of formal business education or restaurant management degree preferred
- Proven culinary leadership ability
- Experience with food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage operational budgets and food cost control
- Effective team recruitment, training, and supervision skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution capabilities
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends

- Formal business education or restaurant management degree a plus
- Exceptional guest service mentality
- Strong communication skills with ability to resolve conflict and mentor team members
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Successful completion of corporate training program required
Job Duties
- Proactively recruit, hire and provide initial and ongoing training for all BOH personnel
- Perform line checks to ensure proper quality and quantity of food
- Inspect orders upon arrival to ensure completeness and quality
- Inspect kitchen operations and storage to meet high standards of excellence, safety, and sanitation
- Manage kitchen financial results to drive restaurant profitability
- Purchase inventory based on sales volumes, forecasted sales, shelf life and PARs
- Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to maintain efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the operation
- Actively source talent to build a winning team
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
