Job Requirements

  • flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 6 years experience as an executive chef in high-volume upscale restaurants
  • strong background in Italian cuisine with expertise in butchery, pasta making, and ingredient sourcing
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop culinary teams
  • strong financial acumen related to kitchen operations including labor and cost management
  • commitment to health and safety compliance
  • hands-on approach to culinary leadership

Job Duties

  • create memorable dining experiences by leading the kitchen team
  • inspire and nurture a culture of creativity and collaboration among the culinary staff
  • work hands-on alongside the team on the line during service
  • oversee all kitchen operations including quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • collaborate with general manager and home office leadership to manage labor, budgets, and forecasts
  • resolve kitchen challenges efficiently to maintain smooth operations
  • promote internal hospitality values to enhance staff and guest experiences
