Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • experience in managing kitchen staff and operations
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting up to 20 pounds
  • flexibility to work late hours and weekends
  • valid food handler certification preferred

Job Duties

  • manage daily kitchen operations including inventory tracking and order placement
  • control food costs and minimize waste through staff training and quality control
  • create and adjust weekly staff schedules to maximize labor efficiency
  • monitor and uphold high standards of food quality and service
  • recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff maintaining accountability and productivity
  • coordinate kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure sanitation standards
  • analyze sales data to forecast business needs and adjust operations accordingly
