  • Supervisory, coaching and staff development skills
  • Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented

Job Duties

  • Supervise preparation of catered and concession food items
  • Evaluate food products to assure that quality standards are consistently achieved
  • Improve menu selection
  • Forecast, budget and create action plans pertaining to food and beverage operation
  • Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas
  • Maintain kitchen equipment by following appropriate operating guidelines, troubleshoot breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance
  • Visit dining area sporadically to welcome members
  • Institute and implement all Troon Human Resources guidelines
  • Ensure full compliance with the Department of Health regulations
  • Perform clean-up and closing procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
