Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Kitchen Manager or Regional Chef
- prior experience at a fine dining or casual plus restaurant preferred
- 2-year culinary degree is a plus
- ServSafe Sanitation certification
- ability to foster an inclusive work environment

- excellent communication and team-building abilities

Job Duties

- implement effective security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of employees and guests
- act as the face of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar by creating memorable guest experiences and engaging in community outreach
- demonstrate strong business acumen by managing kitchen profit and loss, developing initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow guest count, and coach team on financial impact
- ensure quality food presentation by adhering to recipes and maintaining high standards
- enforce safety and sanitation practices by keeping facilities immaculate
- live company principles and beliefs by fostering a passionate, fun culture and supporting team members in balanced lives
