Job Duties
- Partnering with the General Manager and Director of Culinary to execute and drive culinary direction
- Ownership of the food menu including food cost and team execution
- Deployment of new menu items and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensuring product quality and execution of new menu items
- Continuing education and research in food techniques
- Developing the next generation of chefs through training and development
- Providing leadership in culinary safety, sanitation, and product education
- Influencing and holding culinary teams accountable for performance
