Job Duties

  • Partnering with the General Manager and Director of Culinary to execute and drive culinary direction
  • Ownership of the food menu including food cost and team execution
  • Deployment of new menu items and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring product quality and execution of new menu items
  • Continuing education and research in food techniques
  • Developing the next generation of chefs through training and development
  • Providing leadership in culinary safety, sanitation, and product education
  • Influencing and holding culinary teams accountable for performance
