Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience at executive chef level in a golf club, resort, hotel or restaurant
  • degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • food and safety certifications
  • knowledge of special diets preferred
  • proficient with POS systems, Microsoft Office products, and social media
  • experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte service
  • bilingual Spanish preferred
