The Executive Chef role at Olla Cocina is a full-time, exempt position designed for culinary leaders eager to elevate Mexican cuisine while managing a high-energy kitchen in one of San Jose’s most dynamic dining locations. This leadership position involves overseeing all kitchen operations, from menu development and team mentorship to food safety compliance and cost control. - Food safety and Food Handlers certifications
