Full-time salary position starting at $65k DOE plus benefits, located in Las Cruces, NM at Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces. The Executive Chef will maintain the culinary experience of the restaurant at the designated property, under the direction of the General Manager, creating unforgettable culinary experiences for guests. Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing the Sous Chef and kitchen team members, ensuring seamless operations, menu development, and exceptional dining experiences.
