Sodexo is currently seeking an Executive Chef 1 to join the team at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this pivotal role, you will implement and standardize culinary systems and procedures tailored to hospital settings, ensuring adherence to food and physical safety protocols, including facilitating annual training for all hourly staff. You'll oversee procurement and purchasing activities to maintain inventory control and cost-effectiveness while driving creativity and innovation in menu development to meet client needs.

Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
