Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of management experience
  • At least one year of experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to quality and innovation

Job Duties

  • Oversee diverse food service operations including corporate cafés, micro-markets, office coffee services, and catering programs
  • Design and execute inspired menu offerings
  • Lead, mentor, and develop culinary teams
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and kitchen operations
  • Drive exceptional catering production for executive and client events
  • Foster a culture of creativity, safety, and high-quality service
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to customize dining experiences
